Food Safety Program Certification - "Hygiene in our Hands"

HALAL
HALAL certification is only awarded to businesses and organizations that meet the criteria of HALAL from the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia. The company has been registered under the reference number of JAKIM / (S) / (22.00) / 492/2/1 038-09 / 2014. More than 29 types of its product consisting of seafood and meats have been registered as HALAL compliant.

Malaysia MeSTI certification
MeSTI is a food safety program undertaken by the Malaysia Ministry of Health. The objective of MeSTI is to put in place a system for the maintenance of food hygiene and process control. On July 2015, the company received its MeSIT certification Reg No. FSSM091100034-01.

HACCP
HACCP certification is an international standard defining the requirements for effective control of food safety. It is built around seven principles: Conduct Hazard Analysis of biological, chemical or physical food hazards. Determine critical control points.

Chain of Custody Certification - Awarded by Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC)
The MSC Chain of Custody Standard is a traceability and segregation standard that is applicable to the full supply chain from a certified fishery (MSC) or farm (ASC) to the final sale. In March 2017, the company received the award for MSC CoC Certificate No. MSC – C - 55781 and ASC CoC Certificate No. ASC – C - 01382.

Friend of the Sea Certification Program
This program is about promoting sustainable fishing practices. Such a program hopes to contribute to the health of the oceans and in return to sustain the fishing industry for the next generation. Currently, our fleet of commercial fishing vessels is undergoing audit with a 3rd party consultant on this meaningful program, so that our wild marine fishery can be certified as sustainably sourced.
